We’re winners… let’s do better

5 March 2019
loading text I’m so excited to let you all know that we’ve been celebrated in the 2019 Bark.com awards as one of the best web developers in Norfolk.

Bark.com made their decision to award us this honour based on exceptional feedback from our customers, our transparency and commitment to delivering outstanding work.

Combined with our 5-star rating on TrustPilot.com and great feedback on Google and Facebook, I’d say that there’s a very positive trend emerging.

We’re almost 6 years into our journey and it’s been an exciting one; full of surprise, excitement and the occasional fright. And the foundation that’s held steady throughout it all is our commitment to quality: quality work, quality service and quality support.

Some reflections

Here’s something you wouldn’t expect from a post celebrating our win – we don’t get it right every time.

So why did we win the award?

Because we work through it. We engage closely with our customers, powered by a determination to achieve that goal of achieving something as close to perfection as possible. And then we try again, and again.

When you subscribe to a contract with Twist Development, we’re not simply going to build something, and you never hear from us again. We want your business to succeed and we want to be just as much a part of that journey as you and your key stakeholders.

Not only do our contracts include an amount of free maintenance as standard, for the purpose of continuous improvement, but we’re always a phone call away for anything from help with emails to something completely unrelated like Windows update issues.

We have some customers that we haven’t heard from in a long while, so from next week we’re going to be contacting every one of our subscribers to make sure they’re happy and see if there’s anything else we can do for them.

Alongside that we’re going to building and maintaining with the same level of passion and determination as always, and maybe next year we’ll win a few more awards; but so long as our customers are happy, then I’ll be happy.
